I took my friend's BMW 2012 convertible in for service after first having an inspection by a dealer. I visited with both Adam and Coby regarding what I had been told about what was wrong with the car, and they explained what they would do to identify and fix the problems. I left the car in their hands, and got a ride home. They called later in the morning, and said that there were things to fix, but that the problem identified by the dealer was not a problem at all. They fixed everything that was needed, and found a couple of other minor problems to take care of. I had them do everything, and the cost was substantially less than I had been quoted by the dealer. During my time there, I was impressed by the knowledge of both Coby and Adam, and their ability to explain things to me. I felt that they really cared about taking care of my car. Everything was done by 5 o'clock, including a car wash and a washing of what was a really dirty engine. I will definitely recommend 101 European to my friends. Everyone in the shop seemed to be enjoying their work.
